Best Camera Bag for Real Estate Photography: Top Backpacks

Tenba Axis 24L

Tenba is a great brand for photography bags. I use an older Tenba model (the Tenba Shootout 24L) and it’s help up to my daily use and travel needs for almost 4 years now.

This Tenba Axis is just a fresh design on the Shootout and is a fantastic daily use camera bag. I’m able to carry 2 camera bodys, 2 lenses, 2 flashes, plus all the smaller gear that I need for my real estate photography shoots.

Pros:

  • Very well balanced
  • Great support for back and shoulders
  • Excellent value for price
  •

Cons:

  • Can be on the small side for some kits

Aryeo Rating: 4.5/5

Tenba Axis 32L

The larger version of the 24L above. This bag is equally as great with the only difference being that it offers more room.

My kit is dangerously close to outgrowing the 24L Tenba that I own. I like to travel with a light kit, but when I find that I need more room, this is the bag that I’m going to purchase.

There’s more than enough room for 2 camera bodys, 3-4 lenses, 2 flashes, plus every smaller piece of gear you have.

Pros:

  • Very well balanced
  • Great support for back and shoulders
  • Enough room for all necessary

Cons

  • Most expensive on list

Lowepro ProTactic 450 AW II

I own a Lowepro bag that I take hiking. I’ve had it for about 5 years and it’s still going strong. Lowepro makes great bags and is a premier name for camera bags.

Mindshift Backlight 26L

This Mindshift Backlight 26L is very adaptable and can work for most personal and professional uses. It’s strong and very supportive for yuor back and shoulders.

It’s roughly the same size at the Tenba 24L, so if you have quite a large kit, you may need more room than this provides. If you are looking for a bad to use professionally and for things like hiking, camping, etc. this can be a great choice.

Pros:

  • Great value for price
  • Good for Real Estate Photography and more
  • Supportive for back and shoulders

Cons

  • Too small for larger kits

NOMATIC McKinnon Camera Pack 35L

This Nomatic McKinnon Camera Pack from Peter McKinnon is a top choice for a lot of professional photographers. It offers more than enough room for real estate photographers and is extremely well made.

If the 35L isn’t enough room for you, the bag actually expands to 42L as well. Perfect for the photographer that thinks their daily kit might be larger in the future.

Pros:

  • Perfect size for real estate photography
  • Great for travel, camping, hiking, etc.
  • Expandable to grow with your kit size
  • Supportive for back and shoulders

Cons

  • Expensive

Tenba DNA 16 Pro

The Tenba DNA 16 Pro Messenger is the bag for those that are more concerned about style and versatility than just pure storage room.

I wouldn’t be able to fit my kit inside, but if you travel very light and want to look good, this ones for you.

Pros:

  • Stylish
  • Versatile
  • Rain proof

Cons

  • Very Small

Best Camera Bag for Real Estate Photography: Duffle Bags

Neewer f. 64 Studio Kit Bag

More durable and slightly larger than the Godox. If you want a bit stronger of a duffle style bag, this is a great option. It also comes with a shoulder strap which will definitely be helpful.

Pros:

  • Durable
  • Stong build
  • Has shoulder strap

Cons:

  • Somewhat expensive for a duffle

Recommendations on the Best Camera Bag for Real Estate Photography

If you simply want the best camera bag for real estate photography, the Tenba Axis 32 L checks everything off the list that you could want. It’s durable, easy to carry, fit all your gear, and is sold at a great price.

The McKinnon Camera Pack 35L is also a fantastic choice and it’s ability to expand to 42L is a great feature. If budget is no concern, then it’s the better choice. We just think the price difference between the McKinnon Camera Pack and the Tenba Axis 32L gives the Axis a slight advantage.

As far as duffle bags go, not all real estate photographers use them, but I find the one I use to be very helpful. The Neewer f. 64 is a durable duffle that will fit all of the longer pieces of equipment that you can’t fit in your backpack.
