Best Royalty Free Music Sites for Real Estate Videos

Royalty Free Music Sites for Real Estate Videos

Real estate videos have become a popular tool for showcasing properties to potential buyers. Creating engaging and professional videos requires more than just great visuals; it also requires the right music to set the mood and add to the overall experience.

This is where royalty-free music comes in, offering a cost-effective solution for adding music to your real estate videos without the hassle of obtaining rights and paying royalties.

In this article, we will take a look at the top royalty-free music sites that are perfect for real estate videos.

Table of Contents

Royalty Free and Completely Free Music: What Are They?

Royalty-free music typically requires a one-time fee for use that can come in the form of a per track payment or a monthly subscription. Completely free music doesn’t have any cost associated with it.

Paid royalty-free music usually comes with a license that allows you to use the music in various ways. For example, you might be able to use them in a real estate video, but not in a television commercial.

Completely free music may have more limited usage rights which you must be aware of before using. Always make sure to read the licensing agreement before you decide which track to use.

Paid royalty free music, generally speaking, tends to be of higher quality and have more options than completely free music. If you’re looking for good music to play with your real estate video, paid might be the way to go.

Completely Free Options

By completely free, that’s exactly what I mean. These sites offer completely free audio tracks that you can use in your real estate music videos.

All you need to do is head over the the website and start downloading the tracks you want. However, the tracks on these sites are very likely to be of lower quality than the ones you’ll find on paid sites.

You’ll need to figure out how much the quality of the track means to you and if you can justify the price tags on the paid sites.

Bensound

Bensound is completely free. Meaning there’s no sign up costs, no royalties, and no purchase necessary for tracks. They have a solid amount of audio tracks available and I’ve been able to find some good ones, which I still use sometimes today.

Purple Planet Music

Purple Planet is another choice for completely free tracks, however they do have a paid version available as well which gives you access to tons more tracks that are generally better quality.

YouTube Audio Library

You’ll need a YouTube account to sign in, but that’s free to do and will give you access to completely free tracks. YouTube Audio Library has a large repository of royalty free music for creators.

It can be a bit difficult to navigate, but it can be worth it if you simply don’t have the budget for a paid site.

Royalty Free Options

Royalty free means that you don’t need to pay a licensing fee in order to use the audio tracks. As real estate photographers, we all should have a good grasp of how royalties work and what licensing fees are.

For these options though, you will need to pay some sort of fee. Whether it’s a monthly subscription or a per track payment system will depend on the specific site.

If you produce real estate videos often, it’s probably worth to sign up with one of these sites. You’ll have more choices and better quality audio tracks.

Epidemic Sound

Epidemic Sound is a great option if you’re willing to sign up for a monthly subscription. Their library of audio tracks is huge and they are always adding new tracks and artists.

The site is easy to navigate as well, which makes finding the right track for your real estate video that much easier.

Soundstripe

Soundstripe is another good option that comes as a monthly subscription. Their library isn’t quite as large as others, but there are quality tracks available and the site is easy to use.

Artlist

Artlist has royalty free music available, plus things like sound effects and footage to help video creators. It’s geared towards content creators and filmmakers since there is quite a bit of video content available, but it has everything you’ll need as a real estate videographer as well.

Premium Beat

Premium Beat is a site that’s run by Shutterstock, so they are very well versed in the world of royalty free content. They have a large selection on tracks and a diverse range of genres.

Audio Jungle

Audio Jungle has royalty free tracks at decent price points. If you’re only planning to buy a few tracks to use over and over, Audio Jungle is a good choice. Just be sure to read the licensing agreements for each track.

Recommendations

If you don’t get video jobs too often and you just need a few tracks to use when do do receive the off video request, one of the completely free sites will probably work just fine. I’ve found some great tracks for real estate video on Bensound, just know that the options are somewhat limited.

If you’re happy to pay a subscription fee, then it’s hard to go wrong with Epidemic Sound. They have everything you could need for real estate music videos and make finding the right tracks easy.
